S de Siebert, old Sylvaner vines
The vines from the Steig site were planted in 1940. Aging vines gain in freshness and concentrate the compounds. This vintage takes you to several worlds characterized by plant (grass, ivy, green tea), linden tree flowers and spices (nutmeg, clove) notes.
