You can cross our vineyard and discover our universe full of history by driving on the Alsace Wine Route, which was created in 1953.
1953 – 2023 : 70 YEARS
Located about 20 kilometers west of Strasbourg, Wolxheim is an invitation to nature and a testimony of the past.
The statue of the Sacred Heart on the Horn hill in Wolxheim is a sign of thanks from the inhabitants. It was erected in 1912 as a symbol of peace. It is oriented towards the fort of Mutzig.
The Saint Denis Chapel is in the heart of our vineyard and is from 1342.
It was built on the site of an ancient Roman sanctuary dedicated to Dionysus, the god of wine. It is in the heart of this chapel that we find an angel.
Saint-Denis & Dionysus to Christianize the place
Not far from the village, you can admire the royal quarries on the place called Rothstein surrounded by vineyards.
At the foot of the Domain, you will find the Canal de la Bruche, offering you a 100km network of bicycle paths. The Bruche is a tributary of the Ill and the Rhine and runs through the whole region of Molsheim. From May to September, you can enjoy the “Ried de la Bruche” by canoe.
Domaine Siebert has reinvented itself by integrating the Vignobles & Découvertes certification to personalize your visits and reveal its authenticity.
