Riesling grand cru
We work with a single grape variety, the Riesling, which finds its balance by expressing its salinity, its freshness, and its aromatic palette.
The aromas that animate this Grand Cru are mineral (chalk, iodine, gunflint), vegetal (blackcurrant bud), blond tobacco and woody (oak moss) notes.
It goes well with white meats, fish and tangy desserts.
