As de Siebert, Aged in barrels
The Strang site is a stone’s throw from our Grand Cru, on an interesting terroir regarding the structure and maturity of the grape berries.
The wine is aged in barrel in order to let the maturity express itself through toasted bread, vegetal (eucalyptus), and dried fruit notes.
It goes perfectly with a pan of chanterelles or a risotto with ceps.
Residual sugar: 7,40 g/L
