The plot from the Herzau site is right next to the Chapel Saint-Denis, whose name refers to Dionysus, the Greek god of the grape-harvest and winemaking. Thanks to its terroir, you will find salinity and silky touches of limestone on the palate.

The aromatic expression of the grape variety is a walk in the apple orchards, in your vegetable garden (thyme, rosemary, tarragon), at your florist’s (rose, honeysuckle).
