Our plot on the Bebenthal site, a stone’s throw from Our Grand Cru, brings freshness and smoothness. Pinot Auxerrois is an old grape variety from Burgundy. It is close to Pinot Blanc but brings a more vinous and mature character. The 2019 vintage has fruity (almond, lemon) and floral (acacia flower) notes with a great balance.
